Girlhood Collective started with me, Brittany Gruber. I believe women and girls deserve spaces that are smart, safe, and designed for them to succeed. Committed to positive social impact, Girlhood Collective lives at the crossroads of leadership development and community improvement.

We run evidence based leadership programs, collaborate with local institutions to on community initiatives, and offer gifts and gear that reflect the fun and confidence every girl deserves. Our programs and events blend hands-on projects, leadership development, and social emotional learning in a warm, welcoming environment. 

My background spans the corporate world, nonprofit and youth leadership, and education. I’ve spent years learning what helps girls thrive, and noticing what misses the mark. Girlhood Collective exists to bridge that gap between what parents want, and solutions that fit real life. From enrichment to community support, we help create spaces where girls feel safe, strong, and supported.
